So about two months ago, some friends and I (collectively known as "The Bad Boys and Girls of Uru") decided to put on a play. It was very loosely based on the history of the first Gathering, from when the DRC began restoring the Cavern again to the shutdown of the Restoration. We put the play on in the Cavern itself, live before other explorers! We recorded the performance, but I didn't get around to actually assembling the video properly until recently. But now, it is complete, and can be enjoyed by everyone!!
So, if you'd like to watch our play, Spoken Word Night 25 - Tales from the DRC, there are a few ways to do it. First, you can download it via BitTorrent using this torrent file. Also, you can download it from RapidShare, but it's in two parts (Part 1 and Part 2). Finally, thanks to GoogleVideo, you can watch it online here.

So yes, I'm quite pleased with how this turned out. And I hope it will be a good way for us to remember the past as we look toward the future. The grand re-opening of the Cavern will be next month, and it's something for which I'm thankful this Thanksgiving season.
